Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts Showcases Ten Regional Properties at Business Travel Show

Interest sure to be raised in four new business hotels in next two years at key corporate sector event
Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts will be out in force during the Business Travel Show Middle East 2010 to be held in Dubai, UAE on October 25-26.
The rapidly-expanding Swiss chain will be promoting its ten key business properties regionally to the show’s discerning corporate audience. Participating hotels are evenly spread across the region, covering the UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait and Lebanon.
Toufic Tamim, Vice President Sales & Marketing – Middle East, Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts, said the timing of the show is perfect, coinciding with an anticipated future upturn in corporate travel and Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts’ regional expansion.
“The economic situation in the region is promising and as many projects are currently taking place in destinations where we have presence, we are experiencing increasing demand from business travellers,” he said.
“The Business Travel Show is a great platform to showcase our business hotels to an important group of hosted buyers and visitors responsible for selecting accommodations for key corporations across the GCC. The upscale international hotel company will be promoting its existing business hotels and the convenient services and benefits available for the corporate traveller, as well as highlighting its exciting quartet of new and upcoming business hotels which are coming on stream during 2010 and 2011.
These include the recently opened Ibn Battuta Gate Hotel, a five star 396-room hotel next to Ibn Battuta Mall, Mövenpick Hotel Deira, the five-star Mövenpick Hotel & Residence Jumeirah Lakes Towers, which will contain 168 rooms and 307 apartments, and the 445-room Mövenpick Hotel Riyadh.
